ONE IN A MILLION

I looked up into the dark night sky

and saw millions  and millions

of stars  so far, far, far  away.

I looked down at the ground

and saw millions and millions

of grains of sand on the beach.

It was then that it dawned on me

my toes were touching a star and I was

blessed to be - just one of the billions.
