Thought for today:
“I meditate every
day. That’s sort of a can’t-live-without-it-thing. I do it for 20 minutes a day, sometimes two
times a day. I’ve been doing that for 30
year. It’s an essential thing, especially working as hard as I’m working
right now. There’s no way I could do it if I didn’t [meditate]. I put a sign on the door that says ‘don’t
knock for 20 minutes.’ I’ll even do it
on airplanes, or I’ll pull my car over to the side of the road, wherever I have
to. I’ve
also been walking a lot. Right
now I walk and learn my lines at the same time.
So that’s a workout. I like yoga, and I go to a class when I can.”
