BREATHE

 
Catch your breath. Breathe.
Be caught in a pause. Breathe.
Calm down for a few moments.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Catch your breath. Breathe.
Release your breath.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Thank God. You’re alive.
