INROAD

We’re lost when dealing with

so and so. We wish we knew

of an inroad to their mind or

heart - what makes them tick -

what would get them to tell us

what they really want. But

we see the signs in their face: 
CONSTRUCTION AHEAD, SLOW, 
STOP, CLOSED, UNDER REPAIR.
