PAUSING TO CUT 

OUR SPAGHETTI 

We  need night.  We  need back  benches 

of churches.  We  need to walk alone  - 
so we can - sort of  - sort out - some 
of what's happening in our thoughts 
and feelings, our calendars and schedules .... 

Otherwise we'll have spaghetti brain.
