AUTUMN LEAVES

A box of crayons
touched the leaves.

Photographers
grabbed their cameras.

Poets
grabbed their pens.

Cars slowed down.

Peoples stopped to gaze in awe.

So why don’t more people
visit their family and friends
in nursing homes?
