BRICKS, STONES
Who were the first
to build homes out
of bricks and stones?
Was it because they
decided that this was the
place to settle and to stay?
Was this the way we
became who we are:
home builders and city folk?
Did schools, temples,
stores, follow - and
culture became us?
But did the urge to move
on push folks to gather their stuff
and scatter to the four winds?
