COLD

Cold January day….

Dark, too dark on

both sides of the day….

Morning and evening ….

Grey cold controlling the

hedges on both sides

of our house ….

Winter sometimes can

be annoying - unwelcoming -

causing crankiness in my nose,

in my throat and in my soul.

Florida, Arizona, the Caribbean

would be so much easier

and comfortable and colorful….

Radiators, a fireplace, help,

so too tea, hot chocolate,

even chocolate chip cookies

in cold milk - so too

a big blanketed bed.

Better: this year, February

don’t show. Come March 15^th.
