SOUNDS
So many sounds
in the distance:
Train whistles ….
Boat horns ….
Ambulances screaming ….
Ambulances screaming ….
Someone playing a guitar ….
A baby crying ….
Birds singing ….
God’s tears ….
A mother crying ….
A home run at the ballpark ….
Prayers ….
Worries ….
A shouting, “Hey, I love you ….”
So many sounds
in my ears.
