TURNING A PAGE
If the book is good,
if it’s a page turner,
then we don’t even notice
when we're turning a page.
So too much of life.
But if life is bad, if it's
a dread, and we feel dead,
then we notice that we don't
then we notice that we don't
want to turn and move on.
