TODAY’S PRESENT MOMENTS
God, sometimes I can’t help it.
I get pulled back to yesterday or
I get pushed ahead into tomorrow.
I’m watching re-runs and re-plays
of comments made yesterday or
I’m into next weeks if only’s.
God of the Present Moment - help me
to see how this t-bag just changed this
cup of hot water into tea today - right now.
