QUIET

May 16, 2014

QUIETLY

Quietly
may the murmur of water falling
fill us,

quietly
may the autumn moon
Float on the ripples of the lake,

quietly
may life’s unspoken mystery
deepen in our still eyes,

quietly
may we, ecstatic, be immersed in the expanse
yet find it in ourselves –
