SOMETIMES WE DON’T 

KNOW WHAT TO SAY 

Sometimes we don’t know

what to say - or what to do.

But still we go to the funeral home

and we still go to the funeral.

We too have lost our loved ones;

we too didn’t know what visitors said.

Yet we knew the Body of Christ

walked into those rooms and held us.

We know Christ’s love is still alive.
It's in the hearts of those who hold us.
