AY,  THERE’S THE RUB

When it sounds too good,

we listen more carefully.

We watch for the catch.

We wait for the moment

we voice the line of Hamlet,

“Ah, there’s the rub!”

There’s the request for money.

Oh, that’s the problem.

There’s the need I need to solve.

There’s the sacrifice I need to make.
“Oh, that’s what they want.”

To be or not to be….
